Is your shopping cart emptying? Our software provider's program requires that cookies are enabled. Check your computer settings. Some automatic setting disable cookies and this program will not memorize the products you pick. Enable the cookies to order online. Trying to ship to Multiple addresses?
You must create an account versus checking out as a guest. You will be able to create an address book. Pick all of the items you wish to send to all addresses. Then, click on view/edit cart. At the bottom right of the order total is a box stating Ship to Multiple addresses. Click this box and then assign items to each address.
Is your credit card denied? This can result from many things from security issues with your credit card provider or bank, but many times it is related to the billing address provided when you place your order. Enter the billing address exactly as it is recorded with your credit card or bank provider. We use a third party credit card processor an do not have access to nor information regarding your card number.
The System Won't Take My Credit Card: The drop down box allows you to select Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Our 3rd party credit card processor does not accept AMEX. However, we can take your order over the phone for American Express cards at 1-800-368-3081.
I have multiple coupon codes and can't Use them? Some coupon codes have an expiration date. However, if this is not the issue, make sure that the code is entered at final checkout. The coupon code is not automatic and must be entered to work. Also our software system allows only one coupon code to be used at one time. If you wish to place an additional order, another coupon code may be used at that time. Make sure to enter the code exactly as it appears in the promotion: example: STOREVISIT must be entered in all capital letters to apply.
